Owner/Master Stylist
Jess opened the salon in 2017 and has been pouring her heart into it ever since. She has grown Rinnovo into a thriving space full of talent, creativity, and community. While she still works a few days behind the chair, she’s recently stepped more into the business side, focusing on building a smoothly run salon that supports both clients and stylists alike.
Driven, passionate, and always working toward her next goal, Jess is a true leader. She’s dedicated not only to her own growth, but also to helping every stylist on the team succeed and thrive.
When she’s not at the salon, Jess is in full mom mode chasing after her two boys who keep her busy year round with their sports and packed schedules.
Level 4 Master Stylist
With over 15 years of experience behind the chair, Danielle brings both skill and heart to every appointment. What she loves most about doing hair is helping people feel good about themselves. She believes there’s nothing better than creating confidence through a fresh color or style. Danielle loves doing highlights and base colors, and she’s all about making her clients feel refreshed, relaxed, and glowing when they leave the salon.
Outside of work, Danielle soaks up sunshine on pool days, cheers on her daughter Brooke at sports games, and enjoys quality time with her family. A Starbucks run and some laughter with loved ones is her idea of a perfect day.
Level 4 Master Stylist
Tara has been doing hair for 15 years and still finds so much joy in every client who sits in her chair. What she loves most about her work is making people feel beautiful and building genuine connections along the way. She specializes in all things blonde. From bright highlights to soft, lived-in color she has a true eye for creating the custom look you are going for!
When she’s not in the salon, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two little boys, and making memories at the beach in Maine. Her calm, caring energy makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend.
Level 4 Stylist
Erin has been a part of the salon since 2020, and in that time, she’s built a loyal following with her warm personality and dedication to her craft. What she loves most about doing hair is the relationships she builds with her clients and the chance to help them feel confident and beautiful. Erin specializes in lived-in colors and extensions, creating effortlessly natural looks that last.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her at yoga or Pilates, soaking up sunshine at the lake, or enjoying live music at a concert. Erin brings a calm, grounded energy to everything she does, and it shows in both her work and her connection with clients.
Level 3 Stylist
Emma has been a part of the salon team since the summer of 2021. She creates a calm, relaxing experience every time you sit in her chair. She loves helping her clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful.
Emma specializes in lived-in color and takes pride in finding the perfect haircut and style to suit each client’s individual look and lifestyle. Her attention to detail and peaceful presence make every appointment something to look forward to.
Outside of the salon, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing by the pool with her dogs, or getting in a good sweat at spin class.
Level 1 Stylist
Analise joined the salon in the summer of 2024 and has been quickly building a loyal clientele ever since. Her books are getting busy, and it’s easy to see why, she has a talent for creating beautiful, bright looks and loves working with highlights and blonding services.
Analise brings a warm, welcoming energy to the salon and is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best.
Outside of the salon, you’ll likely find her out on the boat, soaking up the sun with her friends and family, or trying out some new restaurants
Junior Stylist
Sam has been part of the salon team since 2021 and recently got her cosmetology license! She’s excited to begin taking clients and models as she continues her hands-on training with our senior stylists. Sam is passionate about learning and building her skills in all areas of hair, and she’s looking forward to growing her confidence behind the chair while building her clientele.
Outside the salon, you’ll find Sam soaking up the sun, spending time with her dogs, boyfriend, and family, or getting lost in a good book. She’s warm, driven, and ready to start this next chapter in her hair journey!
Junior Stylist
Cheyenne is our newest stylist, joining the salon team in early 2025 and already making her mark! She’s currently taking clients and building her books, with a passion for making people feel beautiful and confident. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a smile on her client’s face as they leave the salon.
Cheyenne is continuing to grow and build her confidence and education in all services while learning from our senior stylists.
When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Receptionist
Jess is our Saturday receptionist who helps keep everything running smoothly during our busiest day. From answering calls and emails to welcoming you with a smile when you walk through the door, she’s the calm in the weekend hustle.
Outside of the salon, Jess stays busy with her family and her two little ones, soaking up all the special moments of motherhood.
